2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and Pricing
- We sell wallpaper by the full roll only; partial or cut pieces are not available. Each roll covers approximately 48–50 sq. ft.
- Adhesive is sold separately and is not included in the wallpaper price.
- Prices are listed on each product page and are set by us at our discretion; prices are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colours and details, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing variations.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. Full details are set out in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Wall Measurement Responsibility
Where the Site provides a calculator or tool to estimate the number of rolls required based on wall dimensions you enter, this is provided as a guide only. You are responsible for verifying your own measurements before ordering. We are not liable for shortfall or excess quantity resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Sajjyashree and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
